This is a completely unique fancy dress creation inspired by King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. This historical and legendary figure is renowned for leading the defence of Britain against the Saxons in the early sixth Century. Details of King Arthur are mainly composed of folklore and literary invention but Arthurian Romance became a significant strand of Medieval Literature and included the Holy Grail, Sir Lancelot and of course, the mighty sword of Excalibur. A new  interpretation of this romantic character is evident in our King Martha fancy dress costume
