The attached skirt has in built padding around the hips which gives the effect of two garments: one the under gown i.e. the spotty coloured dress, and two, the brightly coloured striped over gown which is looped up over the hips to reveal the spotted under dress. The bodice has loose open sleeves so will fit a lot of sizes.
