The Goodwood Revival Clothing and what to wear.

The Goodwood Revival Clothing and what to wear? is a Question we often get asked.

The Goodwood Revival is one of our busiest times of the year. Each year this wonderful vintage event takes place, usually in the first or second week of September. If you love everything about history these 3 days are a slice of the past. With beautiful vintage cars racing around incredible tracks, historic aeroplanes to be viewed and nostalgic shops to browse, this event is really not to be missed.

One of our specialities is dressing people for The Goodwood Revival. We have a whole department given over to fashion 40s-60s Goodwood Revival Clothing. Each day at 1500hrs, at The Goodwood Revival, the Revival panel of fashion experts choose the people with the finest outfits, with this short-list invited to take part in the daily Best Dressed competition. We are perfectly placed to advise you on vintage clothing and the best looks to go for to fit in to this nostalgic event.

We offer a large range of historically correct feminine designs, made to flatter and comfortably wear at this event. Men can enjoy the sharpness of the tailored suit, the formality of a genuine uniform, the sophistication of the Country casuals or the fun of a Teddy boy suit.

Our staff are ready and waiting with military uniforms, 40s dresses and suits for both men and women, 50s Teddy Boy suits, Rock n Roll dresses with full petticoats and bows, and chic 60s dresses for the ladies and sharp suits for the men.

Mad Hatters Fancy Dress offer a selection of original and reproduction vintage clothing for both children and adults. We have many years’ experience dressing both cooperate and private parties for this event. These can be selected via a visit to our costume shop Bodiam or ordered on line at www.madhattersfancydress.com and dispatched via our courier service anywhere in the UK.
