UK Hire Options.
If you are local, you are of course welcome to pop into our Fancy Dress shop 5 days a week for carriage free collection and returns.
We suggest a minimum Hire period of 5 days in order to allow a day at the start and at the end of your hire time for shipping.
For instance a costume booked from say Thursday, will be delivered on Friday, and collected on Monday. If you book from a Monday to Friday your item will be delivered on the Tuesday and collected on the Thursday.
Please use the 3rd day in your 5 day hire, as the day of your event. We will often attempt to delivery earlier in the week if we can, but in these circumstances you will be notified in advance.
Courier charge is set at £15 which is inclusive of both your delivery and collection, up to 5 costumes. Please be aware, Couriers do not run on Saturday or Sunday for Collections.
Saturday deliveries are possible but at an extra cost. Please call 01580 830757 for further information.
UK SHIPPING
All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 working days, however during very busy periods it may take longer.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will call you. If you are unavailable we will send you an email telling you what action we are taking. Some of our delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you. We use a number of carriers to safeguard delivery to you. Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.
All services are based on working days. Weekends, Bank Holidays and other closed days are not counted.

PRIORITY Service £11.99 next day by 1.00pm GUARANTEED and TRACKED.

My husband really felt and looked the part! Unfortunately we had a very rainy Goodwood Saturday so will have to go again another year, and will certainly use Madhatters again!!
